昨日高3の学生と先生たちの為に「アラビア・ナイト」テーマの卒業パーティーを行いました。

Yesterday year 11 2008 held an "Arabian Nights" themed Graduation Luncheon for the Year 12s and their teachers. 

高2のみなさんの努力のおかげで一年かけて作り上げたパーティーは大成功でした！

Thanks to all the hard work of everyone throughout the whole year the party was a great success!

なので＄１５０００以上かかった新しいパーティー会場（スターリーの学校のホールのアラビア編）をお見せしましょう！

And so I would like to present the luncheon room (our Arabian-version school hall) which costed more than $15000 to prepare!

こちらは入り口です！上にちゃんと「高校3年生　2008年」と書かれてます。

This is the entrance. On the top we have "Year 12 2008" written in large lettering.

パーティーを始める為に教頭先生にお話通り「オープン・セサミー」　（扉開けー）　と言ってくれることを頼んでちゃんとやってくれた！！！　

To get the party started, we asked the vice principal to say "Open Sesame" as our cue to open the doors and he really did!!!

入ってすぐ見えるのは．．．

As soon as you enter you can see...

ソファーです！ここは写真スポットです！ （笑）

a sofa! This is a photo spot! (XD)

続いてはステージです。

Next is the stage.

ここでダンサーが踊ったり演技をしました。　ステージの左側からはウエイトレスさんが何十人も行列になって出てきました。

This is where the dancing and acting. From the left hand side of the stage many waitresses came out in a straight line.

ウエイトレスから見たホールです。

This is the hall from the waitress' point of view.

ステージをまた見ますと右側にキラッとしてる物がありますよね。近づいてみますと．．．

Looking back at the stage, there appears to be something glinting on the right hand side. Going closer we can see... 

宝です！司会がここで喋ったりしていました。

treasure! This is where the host of the luncheon spoke.

客席の方へ向きますと

Facing where everyone was sitting

カクテルのアルコール抜きのモクテルを頼めるバーです。　くりぬいていちごやオレンジなどのフルーツをいれたスイカもありました。

there is a "bar" where mocktails were served. There are also fruits such as strawberries and oranges in actual watermelon bowls.

ちらっとテーブルが見えますので近寄りましょう。

Because the tables are slightly visible let's take a closer look.

プログラムと蝋燭とチョコレート・コインです。

There are programs, candles and chocolate coins.

周りには一人一人にプレゼントも置かれてます。

Placed around them are souvenirs for each person.

左へ参りますと

Located to the left are

お手洗いです。　右が男子トイレで左が女子トイレです。

the toilets. The right is the guys toilet and the left is the girls.

今度はテントの左右にあるテーブルへ向かいます。

Next is the tables locatd to the left and right of the stage.

このテーブルはこのパーティーだけの為に作ったステージに乗ってます。ここもまた写真スポットです。

These tables are on top of a stage that we had constructed just for the luncheon. This is also a photo spot.

天上へと見上げます。

Looking up at the ceiling.

ランタンです。　そこに上げるのはとても大変そうでした。

There are lanterns. Raising them up there seemed pretty hard.

最後に後ろから撮ったパーティー中の写真です。

To wrap up these are some photos taken during the luncheon.

一番盛り上がってる時にとることができました。高3はステージ好きです。

I was able to get photos of when the luncheon was at its best. Year 12 love the stage.
